  • How do I create an account?
    To register, all you’re going to need to do is, provide us with your name, email address and mobile number.
  • What should I do if I forgot my password?
    Make sure you are using the same email address and password you used to register. Click on the “Forgot my password” You will be requested to enter your email address and a link will be sent to you with instructions to create a new password for your account.
  • Delivery cost?
    Free shipping on orders above 3000 EGP -90 EGP on orders below 3000 EGP.
  • Delivery lead times?
    Cairo/Alexandria/Giza within 1- 4 days, Other governorates within 5-7 days.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept: - Cash on delivery (COD) - Credit card on delivery (CCOD) - Online payments using Credit/Debit cards - valU - Simpl - Mobile wallet payments (Vodafone cash, Etisalat cash, CIB smart wallet) - Monthly bank installments for 3M and 6M if you have an eligible credit card from one of the following banks: CIB, Banque Misr, Mashreq, Banque du Caire, NBE, FAB, NBD and NBK.
  • Non-refundable items
    For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and any items of intimate apparel are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Lingerie accessories can be refunded or returned only if they are still sealed and in the original condition.
  • How do I exchange an item?
    Exchanges are permitted (except non-refundable items) within 14 days & completed at any of our nearest stores. Our store will in turn get in contact with our customer service team. Item must be in its original condition and receipt must be presented. Defected item/s can be exchanged within 30 days and receipt must be presented.
  • How do I refund an item?
    Refunds are permitted (except non-refundable items) within 14 days & completed at any of our nearest stores. Item must be in its original condition and the receipt must be presented. Defected item/s can be refunded within 30 days and receipt must be presented.
  • When/how do I get my refund back in case I paid online?
    For online payments, we offer two refund methods: • Cash refund on the spot with 2% deducted from the total amount • Full refund using the same payment method within 14 working days, under the issuer bank's policy.
  • Missing/damaged items policy
    Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. Reports made after 24 hours will not be addressed.
